Requesting Account Data

In accordance with GDRP, Tunetail only keeps identifiable information you've given us stored in our database.

We keep logs of what you do on your own site. That means, we can see what you do on your dashboard. This is purely for customer service purposes. That in any case something goes wrong, we can see who did what, at what time. This information and your account data can be requested per email. When you request your account data, we will provide within 30 days a link to a downloadable zip file that contains these logs.

We do not track anything else that can be personalized. While we do gather statistics, none of them can be used to identify anyone. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about what information we collect.
