Login and password

It's easy to change your email address and password. Updating this information will change where we send notifications about your account, support and billing alerts.

How to change your email address#

Login to your dashboard.
In the left menu go to: Users
In the left menu go to: Profile
Scroll down until you see email. Fill in your new email address. Scroll to the bottom to save your new email address. A mail will be sent to activate the new email address. Note: Your email will not be changed until you have activated the new email address.

How to change your password#

Login to your dashboard.
In the left menu go to: Users
In the left menu go to: Profile
Scroll down until you see password. Fill in your new password. You may have to login again using your new password.

Note: You can not change your username.
